Key Responsibilities:

  •  Identify and target new business opportunities within the HORECA sector, including hotels, restaurants, and catering services and organizations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Generate more sales from new and existing business lines
  • Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to prospective clients, providing expert advice on product selection and usage.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to effectively position [Company Name] products in the marketplace.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Must be experienced in the industry with ready clients for conversion


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing
  • 3-5  years of experience in sales, preferably within the HORECA industry (food & beverage, hospitality, catering and hospitals).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage products, trends in the hospitality industry, and customer needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
