HR for Schools

In my pursuit of lifelong learning HRSC Africa made it a point to stay up to date on the most current teaching methods, with time HRSC have engaged with school leaders understood diverse concepts that teachers execute. However, we noted with concern that there is a big gap between technical and non-technical knowledge within the workforce (Teaching and Non-Teaching) in schools.  

Excellence performance in school’s workforce should not only reflect in the work schemes but should be in line with the current HR trends in the market. Schools should work towards integration of different performance models to grow an around team. HRSC Africa has a team that understands school dynamics and are able to align best practices with the school laid procedures
