Job Summary:
The business development officer will be responsible for driving sales of our start up health facility
• Develop and maintain referral relationships and follow up with client prospects
• Analyze the potential of the company’s services area to determine target markets
• Develops Marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable
• Introduce new hospital partners as well as maintaining the relationship with existing ones
• Develop and pitch products and services proposals and materials to the management
• Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
• Generate leads and secure new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business or management
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development and sales
• Experience in working with start ups
• Experience in insurance, pharmaceutical and health care industry
• Proven track record in business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources
