Our client is seeking to recruit dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our team as a Hotel Sales Representatives. They will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel’s amenities and services to prospective clients. They will actively engage with potential customers, build relationships, and secure bookings to drive revenue growth. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong understanding of the hospitality industry, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.


  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to generate leads and convert them into bookings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to showcase our hotel’s facilities and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and forecasts.


  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
